Can I create an account for free?
Yes. Registration is free. The Free plan lets you create your account and keep up to 2 active listings live before you need a paid plan.
How many listings are included on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 2 active listings. When you need more capacity, you can move to Starter or Pro from your account area.
Can I register as a buyer, seller, agent, or organisation?
Yes. During registration you can choose buyer, individual seller, agent, or organisation / agency, and the platform adapts your workspace from there.
Do I get access to the seller admin immediately after registration?
Yes. Once your account is created, your account workspace is available right away so you can manage profile details and listing operations.
Can I publish both sale and rent properties?
Yes. You can create listings for sale and for rent, and they are managed inside the same account workspace.
Can I upgrade my subscription later?
Yes. You can start on Free and later upgrade to Starter or Pro directly from your account when you need more active listings or direct contact visibility.
What is included in Starter?
Starter is designed for growing sellers and includes up to 10 active listings plus direct contact visibility.
What is included in Pro?
Pro unlocks unlimited active listings, direct contacts, and the Pro badge for stronger marketplace visibility.
Can I buy Featured placement for a property?
Yes. Featured placement can be purchased from your account for eligible active listings, helping the property appear more prominently.
Will my listing go live instantly?
Listings follow the current marketplace moderation flow. Depending on status and review requirements, they may need approval before going live publicly.
Can I edit my listing after I create it?
Yes. You can return to your account workspace to edit listing details, change lifecycle status, delete a property, or purchase Featured visibility.
Can I archive, sell, or rent out a property later?
Yes. You can move a listing between active, sold, rented, and archived states from your account workspace.
Can I update my phone, WhatsApp, and profile photo later?
Yes. After registration, your account area lets you update your public profile details, contact numbers, and avatar.
Do I need an organisation name to register?
No. Organisation name is optional unless you want to present yourself as an agency or company from the start.
Can I use the same account for buying and selling?
Yes. The account is designed to support buyer activity first and then expand into seller operations when needed.
What contact details are shown on my listing?
That depends on your current plan. Free keeps contact visibility limited, while paid plans unlock more direct phone and WhatsApp presentation.
Can agencies create accounts for multiple agents?
Yes. Organisation and agency-oriented flows are designed to support team-based growth as the marketplace expands.
Do I need to add payment details to register?
No. You can create the account first and decide later if you want to purchase a subscription or Featured placement.
Can I delete my property later if I change my mind?
Yes. Property deletion is available inside your account workspace for your own listings.
What happens after I create my account?
After sign-up you can log in, open your account workspace, complete your profile, and start creating or managing listings depending on your role.
