Illi Estate collects only the account, contact, and enquiry details needed to operate the marketplace, respond to property questions, and support verified listing activity across Albania.

Information sent through account registration, property enquiry forms, support forms, or email may include your name, phone number, email address, and enquiry details. We use that information only to respond to your request, support marketplace operations, and improve moderation and safety workflows.

Public user accounts are now part of the platform foundation. Listing submission, seller onboarding, agent workspaces, and moderation flows are being expanded gradually and may require review before a property becomes publicly visible.
